How TWOBLOX handles the information you share with us.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

We keep this policy short and specific. It describes the information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.

Overview

TWOBLOX provides AI development and deployment services for corporate, healthcare, and executive teams. This policy explains what information we collect through twoblox.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It covers the website and the people who contact us through it. Client projects are also covered by the confidentiality and data-handling terms of the agreement signed with each client.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: the name, email address, phone number, company, area of interest, and message you submit through the contact form.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: the email address you enter, plus the page you subscribed from.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and site analytics.
  • Correspondence: the content of emails and messages you exchange with our team.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services fit your project.
  • To provide, operate, and improve our services and the website.
  • To send the newsletter or other updates you asked to receive.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse of our forms, and diagnose technical issues.
  • To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate to improve content and performance.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will continue to work, though a few features may behave differently.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers that run parts of our operation for us, such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, when needed to advise us.
  • Legal requirements, such as a valid court order or subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TWOBLOX, our clients, or the public.
  • A business transfer, if TWOBLOX is merged, acquired, or sells assets, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Client code and data

Code, datasets, and system access that clients provide during an engagement are handled under the terms of the signed agreement with that client. We do not use client code or client data to train third-party AI models, and we work with scoped access and audit trails so every change can be reviewed.

How long we keep information

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the business relationship and for our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server and analytics logs are retained for a limited period and then removed or aggregated.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are appropriate for the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access to systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. California residents may also request to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, which we do not do.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send. To exercise any other right, email us and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and professional audiences. This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

International transfers

TWOBLOX is based in the United States and may process information there and in other countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
